The offer entitles you to hotel accomodation for one or two people in a standard single/double room at one of the hotel presented. The offer you have ordered is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any unused and remaining stay is forfeited and non-refundable. All stay reservations can be made by the customer directly by e-mail contact@bling-lcg.com according to available reservation dates and information can be received by phone at +971 54 215 10 66 or +352 621 480 625.

Conditions of Use

Round-trip transportation to the accommodation are included, however any other personal expenses, etc. are not countedin the offer. All information contained in the Offer was accurate at the date of publication and is subject to change during the validity period. The content and prices of the services offered may be redefined at any time without liability to Bling LCG.

Hotel descriptions have been provided under the sole responsibility of the hotels; they may change upwards and/or downwards. In case of cancellation, you are required to inform us as soon as possible, within 3 weeks prior to your trip. Otherwise, we may charge you reservation fees.

ARTICLE 2. PRIVACY POLICY

Protection of Personal Data

The company uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security suitable for the risk posed by the processing of data, particularly due to the destruction, loss, or accidental or unlawful alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or processed, or unauthorized access to such data.

ARTICLE 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The elements composing our Offers, including text, icons, or logos, are the entire and exclusive property of the company. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, on any medium, by any means, or exploit in any way, all or part of these elements without the prior written authorization of the company.

Any reproduction, modification, etc., total or partial, of our offers or any of its elements belonging to the company or third parties, on any medium, for purposes other than personal and private, and especially commercial, without the prior written authorization of the company or the third-party rights holder is expressly prohibited and exposes the User, the Buyer, and/or the Beneficiary to criminal and civil proceedings.

ARTICLE 4. CUSTOMER AND USER OBLIGATIONS

In general, the user is required to comply with this legal notice, as well as the specific warnings or instructions it contains on the portal, and to always act in accordance with the law, good customs, and the requirements of good faith, exercising reasonable care, and refraining from using the portal in a way that may hinder, damage, or deteriorate its normal operation, the assets or rights of the company, its suppliers, the rest of the users, or in general any third party.

Minors are prohibited from accessing the portal and using it without the express consent of their parents. The company is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data filled in by the user and therefore cannot verify the age of the user. Specifically, and without this implying any restriction on the previous section, during the use of the portal, the user must:

a) Provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration form or when placing an order, and keep it up to date.

b) Not introduce, store, or disseminate on the portal or from it any defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, inciting violence or discrimination for reasons of race, sex, ideology, religion, or that in any way infringe morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy, or the image of third parties and, in general, current legislation.

c) Not introduce, store, or disseminate through the portal any program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical device that could cause damage to the portal, any of the services or equipment, systems, or networks of the company, any other user, the company’s suppliers, or, in general, any third party.

d) Not carry out advertising or commercial exploitation activities through the portal, and not use its content and information to send advertising, or for sending messages for any other commercial purpose, or for collecting or storing personal data of third parties.

e) Not use false identities or impersonate the identity of other people in the use of the portal or in the use of any of its services, including the use of passwords or access codes of third parties or in any other way.

f) Not destroy, alter, use for use, make unusable, or damage the data, information, programs, or electronic documents of the company, its suppliers, or third parties.

g) Not introduce, store, or disseminate through the portal any content that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights or trade secrets of third parties, or in general any content for which it does not have, in accordance with the law, the right to make it available to third parties.

ARTICLE 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These general conditions and the contract concluded on the occasion of an order from Bling LCG, including issues relating to its validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, are subject to Dubai/UAE law.

Regarding any dispute, the consumer may submit their complaint using the method of their choice:

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the jurisdiction where the consumer has their domicile or habitual residence UAE or Luxembourg, unless there are mandatory procedural rules to the contrary.
